We created this plan to be your go-to guide with tips, sample meals, exercise recommendations, stress reduction techniques, habit stacking guidelines, weekly starter plan, and even a cheat sheet of quick fixes for those inevitable struggles or set-backs (hitting a plateau, always hungry, eating out, etc.).
